Return Policy

All tags are read and verified twice before being shipped.  The first verification is made at the time of tag encoding.  The second verification step is with a reader from a reasonable distance.  Therefore we guarantee that all tags are readable and usable when they leave our facility.  All tags are shipped in protective packaging and should reach you in the same condition that we ship them.  Therefore tags are not returnable unless damaged and/or destroyed during shipment.
